1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping transit typically takes 8–11 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 9–13 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders include free shipping, with no minimum order value.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Items that are unused and undamaged may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

4. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, email info@senket.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide further instructions.

6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
